Andro Tevzadze was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of GEPHA in February 2023. From 2021, he held the position of Commercial Director of GEPHA, and from 2016 he worked for 5 years as Head of Procurement. From 2009 to 2016, Mr. Tevzadze held the position of Head of Procurement at ABC Pharmacia. Andro Tevzadze graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of International Economic Relations, and received a Master's degree in economics from the same university. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the University of Sheffield.

Davit Sulaberidze Chief Commercial Officer of GEPHA since February 2023 joined ABC Pharmacia in 2001 and has held various positions in the Wholesale department. Prior to that, he has been in charge of the Department of Special Medicines. He also has an experience of being the Director of the Department of Wholesales and Special Medicines at GEPHA from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, since 2008, he has headed the Clinical Trials Support Department. Holds a degree in law from Tbilisi Independent University.

Nutsa Monavardisashvili, Director of Retail Business (Georgia and International) of GEPHA from 2021, formerly served as a head of retail business for Pharmadepot and GPC pharmacy chains for 4 years. Prior, she was working at ABC Pharmacia as a head of retail sales and marketing. She also has a 3 year experience of working at Tegeta Motors in the field of Marketing and several year experience in consulting business. Holds Master’s degree of Business Administration from The University of Sheffield and the Bachelor’s degree from Free University of Tbilisi, ESM Business School.

Giorgi Zhizhilashvili, Chief Financial Officer of GEPHA from 2016. Giorgi has 7 years of experience of working at EY and held various managerial positions assigned to audit projects in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Netherlands.  He was CFO at JSC Kor Standard Bank for more than 3 years and served as a head of Enterprise Risk Management Department at JSC Liberty Bank. He holds Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration from ESM Business School.

Jaba Dalakishvili, Marketing Director of GEPHA was appointed to this position in 2016. Formerly, he was working as a head of Marketing in ABC Pharmacia from May 2012 till May 2016. Prior to that, he held numerous leading positions in the field of Marketing in key electronics companies of Georgia. Holds a Master’s degree from CSB in Business administration and marketing and a Bachelor’s degree of Economics from Ivane Javakhishvili State University.

Diana Burduli, Director of Human Capital & Organizational Development of GEPHA from May 2023, formerly leading Human Resources Department at Pasha Bank & ReBank for 3 and a half years. Before joining banking sector, she held various managerial positions in HR at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) for 10 years. Diana holds Master’s degree in Western Languages and Cultures from Ilia State University and is certified CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Associate from 2018.

Mamuka Cheishvili has been working as IT director of GEPHA since 2017. Prior to that, since 2001, he worked as a Head of supply department for ABC Pharmacia. Before joining GEPHA, Mr. Mamuka worked as a doctor in various hospitals. Mamuka Cheishvili graduated from Tbilisi Medical University, and became an anesthesiologist-reanimatologist by profession.
