Our senior management team comprises professionals who have more than 10 years of experience in managing pharma and retail businesses. They have successfully executed various strategic initiatives that have played a crucial role in our sustained growth.

Our experienced growth was drawn in by new and innovative customer service offerings, medical and non-medical categories, cosmetic brands, and partnerships with prominent international brands such as The Body Shop, Carter’s, AFFLELOU Paris, The Triumph International, and Sloggi.

As part of a new growth opportunity, the initiative for investing in digital platforms, the company successfully launched its own mobile applications MY GPC and Pharmadepot pharmacy and took a significant stride towards enhancing its digital footprint.

GHG merged ABC with GPC and named the merged company - JSC Georgian Pharmacy (“GEPHA”)

GPC acquired by Georgia Healthcare Group PLC successfully completed its initial public offering of ordinary shares at the Premium Segment of London Stock Exchange on 12 November 2015

2009

Pharmadepot became the first discounter pharmacy in the country
ABC Pharmacia started developing a pharmacy chain under the banner of Pharmadepot

2006

GPC launched the first loyalty programme for customers
ABC pharmacia started chain developement and opened integrated pharmacies within supermarkets

2002

GPC offered a new innovative concept to the Georgian market and added premium cosmetics brands in its portfolio
