In 2022, as part of its business expansion strategy, GEPHA entered a neighboring country Azerbaijan and successfully opened The Body Shop standalone stores in Baku. The company's strategic approach involves the opening of new stores throughout the current and upcoming years.

By strategically selecting high streets and shopping malls, the company aims to maximize the brand’s visibility and accessibility to customers through its new store openings.

In these stores, customers enjoy access to the complete range of products offered by The Body Shop including the refill service for their products. The refill service allows customers to bring in their empty or partially used product containers and have them refilled with the same product. This way, customers can enjoy their favorite Body Shop products while minimizing their impact on the environment by reducing packaging waste.

Currently, GEPHA operates with 4 standalone stores in Baku.
